  • National Domestic Violence Hotline at 800-799-SAFE (800-799-7233) is a nonprofit organization that provides crisis intervention, information and referral to victims of domestic violence, perpetrators, friends and families.
  • National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 800-273-TALK (800-273-8255) is a 24-hour, toll-free, confidential suicide prevention hotline available to anyone in suicidal crisis or emotional distress.
  • Shaken Baby Alliance at 877-6-END-SBS (877-636-3727) provides SUPPORT for victim families and professionals, PREVENTION of child abuse, and JUSTICE for the innocent victims of child abuse.

  • BEDSIDER is an online birth control support network for women 18-29 operated by The National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy, a private non-profit organization.
  • Guttmacher Institute advances sexual and reproductive health worldwide through research, policy analysis and public education.
  • Guttmacher State Policies in Brief provide information on the most recent legislative, administrative and judicial actions regarding abortion, adolescents, contraception, pregnancy, STDs and services & financing.
  • LoFric micturition chart is an app available for iPhone/iPad and Google play that allows you to record the fluid you drink and the urine you pass over two or three days (48/72 hours). This can provide valuable information about your bladder situation. When completed, bring or email the chart to your provider for further discussion about your urinary urgency, frequency or leakage concerns.
